Using Nod effectively means you could eventually have hundreds of different assets and fields stored in your library.
With your library home to hundreds of items, hunting for the one you need would get tricky without Nod's comprehensive search feature. Find the content asset or field you need, when you need it by... You guessed it - searching for it.
The best way to use to search function:
Use keywords featured in the names of your files to search through your documents, your templates as well as the content assets and fields in your library. Simply type your search parameters into the search box and hit return. For the most effective search results, include a ‘%’ symbol between each word in your search. For example 'Joe % Blogs'. Needless to say, using a clear and consistent naming convention to identify the different content assets and fields in your library is going to pay off in the long run.
Where is the search function:
+ From the Nod home screen, the search function is located at the top right of your library.
+ There is also a search function in the library that can be accessed from both the template and document editors.
