There are a few different ways to get data automatically into a Nod document. You can integrate Nod data fields with your existing business systems via an API, you can upload a .csv file of data or copy data between different document template types. Manual data entry is mundane, time-consuming and about as enjoyable as bathing a stray cat. Automatic data entry is the golden ticket.
Will I know when I am approaching my subscription usage limits?
Yes. Your Nod dashboard includes real-time Insights into your account usage.
Do subscription plans come with a minimum contract term?
No. You can choose a month-by-month plan or an annual subscription. Annual subscriptions come with a 20% discount.
Can I downgrade my subscription during the contract term?
No unfortunately not. At the end of your contract term you can elect to renew your contract on a lower subscription tier but you can't downgrade within your current contract term..
Do unused automated edits roll over each month?
No they don't.
Does "professional on-boarding" come at a cost?
Yes. Most of our customers on-board themselves but for those that do use our professional onboarding service we charge a professional services fee.

How do I get started?
Start by signing up for a free trial and creating a document. This will give you a great insight into how document automation feels to document creators and how it can save you time.
Where do I log in?
You log in by clicking the 'Log In' button in the top right hand corner (or in the menu in the top right corner if you're on mobile) at https://noddocs.com
Is Nod compatible with every web browser?
Nod works best with Google Chrome but you can use other web browsers as well.
I can't log in
If you can't log in try re-setting your password by clicking the 'reset password' link on the log in page. If you're still having trouble please contact our support team at support@noddocs.com
I'm having connection issues how can I tell if it's my wifi or a tech glitch?
First check to see that your computer is connected to the internet either via wi-fi or mobile internet. If that looks ok, you could also try running a speed test at speedtest.net
If your internet connection and speed looks good, please contact us at support@noddocs.com and we can step in to help diagnose any issues with your Nod account.
How do I use the document templates that have been pre-loaded into my Nod account?
Our templates that we have provided to you are to help you understand the value Nod provides. You should seek professional advice on whether they are the right content to be using for your use case.
Can I use my own document templates inside Nod?
Yes! We find that the customers who have the most success with us invest the time to set up their own templates in Nod. Our customer success team is always on hand to guide you on best practices for automating your existing templates.
