Your library is split into two key segments: Content and Fields.
Fields
‘Fields’ are the data inputs unique to each client. When creating a new document, fields are the inputs you will fill out to personalise the document for your client. We understand that manual data entry sucks, so make sure you check out our integration options to remove the need to enter data multiple times.
Your field database will contain every field you could need when assembling a template. Ensure they are always labelled clearly and correctly, so you're not looking for a needle in a haystack later.
In the library, you will see an overview of the field, who created it, and what ‘type’ it is. You can also see a label identifying each field’s source. For example, XPLAN-connected fields, will have the IRESS logo next to then and clicking on the ellipses icon will open a menu that shows you which entity the field is connected to in XPLAN.
You can rename, duplicate and delete fields by clicking the ellipses icon to the far right of the row.

Content Assets
‘Content assets’ are the building blocks of a template. They are sections of text containing fields and rules that break up a full document into easily editable sections. From the library, you can review any content assets that have been created manually, or have come from a template you have previously imported.
Ensure your content assets are labelled correctly, to make them easy to find when editing a template.
If the Content Asset is 'locked', it means somebody else with access to the library is editing it. An asset can only be edited by one person at a time.
You can edit, rename, duplicate and delete assets by clicking the ellipses icon to the far right of the row.
